1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Reason for return

Clear images or video of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
3. Return Pickup & Shipping

If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where applicable)

In some cases, customers may be requested to ship the product back

Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product passes our quality check:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

The refund will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
5. Exchange Policy
We currently offer replacement only for damaged or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
